A Nice Surprise!

On an exploration in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Seattle, I came upon this lovely ironwork that an architect's office has gingerly placed at an unused entrance.  The swooping curves and scrolls are delicate yet have strong, definite endings.  The planter works well with the style of the ironwork and does its job to say this is a niche, not an entrance.  It's clever, delightful and just makes me happy.

First Tote Bag!

I had my Gaudi Flowers pattern printed on this canvas tote bag.  It's been great to carry around - I use it as a purse- it's light, practical and fun!

Bug Flowers

So I finally got this pattern to work.  It's one of my favorites so I have had fun playing with different colors.  I can see it on umbrellas, raincoats or rainboots.  I'm thinking rain because it has been wet all week...
